The BEA Open Golf Tournament is entering an exciting new chapter. This year, we’re bringing the tournament to a new location and introducing a new day of the week—creating fresh opportunities to connect, compete, and celebrate.

Join us on Thursday, July 23rd, 2026 as we mark the 37th Annual BEA Open Golf Tournament to be held at The Links at Penn Hills,Shubenacadie, NS.

Over the years, this event has provided more than $465,000 in bursaries to support over 820 African Nova Scotian students in pursuing post-secondary education. Founded in 1969, the Black Educators Association (BEA) has been dedicated to advocating for equitable education opportunities for Nova Scotians of African heritage. As a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization, the BEA is committed to empowering future generations through education, awareness, and skill development.
